He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram A. Kelsey and Grace Kelsey Sr. (DeSimone); and his brother Joseph T. Kelsey, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diana Kelsey (Colla); his children, Valerie Fonti (William) of Prospect, Thomas J. Kelsey (Tracie) of Bethlehem, Michael Kelsey (Christine) of Charlestown, RI and Andrea Thompson (Craig) of Cheshire; and his grandsons, Nathan Fonti, Jakob, Cody Kelsey and Carter Thompson.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home (430 Chase Pkwy, Waterbury, CT 06708). A prayer was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
