She was predeceased by: her husband Gerry; and her son Gerry Van. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne D'Amato (Geff) of West Simsbury, Maggie and Patrick (Katie) of Old Lyme; her grandchildren, Thomas D'Amato (Julia) of Chatham, MA, Callahan, Doyle, McMillen, Connor and Annie Gingras of Old Lyme; her brother Van; her sister-in-law Kathy; her nieces and nephews, Kristen Snyder (Kricky), Hanna Snyder Gambini, Mary Thanas, Van M. Snyder and Matthew Snyder; her friends, Lou Reignier, Peggy Cullinan, Tracie and Scott Garver; and also, Van and Louise Snyder (Finn).
