It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John P. Folcik (Southington, Connecticut), who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Folcik and Helen Folcik (Kaminski); and his granddaughter Catherine Whelan. He is survived by: his spouse Alexandrina "Shandra" Folcik (Mongillo); his children, John Mark Folcik (Kathleen) of Southington and Melissa Whelan (William) of New Bedford, MA; his grandchildren, William and Kelsey Whelan; and his siblings, Peter Folcik, Charles Folcik, Barbara Quinby and Alexandra Capsalors.
