We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Joseph Zawisza of Southington, Connecticut, born in New Britain, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Chester "Butch" W. Zawisza Jr.; his grandparents, Lavina, Carl Goodwin, Nellie and Chet Zawisza; and his aunt Donna Pelletier.

He is survived by: his mother Ellen Niles (Goodwin) of Southington; his sons, Joey of Newington, Michael of Newington and Zachary Zawisza of Newington; his stepmother Molly Zawisza of Southington; his siblings, Robert Zawisza (Hope) of Winsted, Chad Zawisza of Tolland and Tara Satkowski of Westfield, MA; and his close friend Billy Pulcini. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Joe's memory may be made to Bread for Life, 31 Vermont Ave, Southington, CT 06489.
