She is survived by : her husband Johnny Mack Lambert; her sons, Jason Lambert (Tina) and Jacob Lambert (Kirstin); her sisters, Charlotte Kellet (Buddy) and Diane Forehand (Wes); her siblings-in-law, Julie Harrell (Curtis) and Edward Sanders Lambert; and her grandchildren, J. C. Lambert, Patrick Lambert and Jaelynn Lambert. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
