He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Anthony Nigro, Sr. and Mary L. Nigro (Cicerchia); and his siblings, Anthony John Nigro and Rose Marie Spradley. He is survived by: his spouse Penny-Lynn Nigro (Rottino); his children, Nicholas Anthony Nigro, III (Heidi) of West Simsbury, Timothy Allen Nigro (Joanne Haddad) of Miller Place, NY and Jessica Burroughs (Robert) of New Haven; and his siblings, Pamela M. Champagne (John Trainor) of Stafford Springs, Marilyn A. Barnes of West Suffield, Victor Nigro (Patricia) of Suffield and Thomas A. Nigro (Judith) of East Granby. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (26 Wintonbury Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery East St (122 East St, Windsor, CT 06095). A reception will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sacred Heart Church (26 Wintonbury Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002).
