It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheryl L. Burnell of Stafford Springs, Connecticut, who passed away on July 16, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her father Harry G. Kovalevich; her nephew Shawn McCluskey; and her sister-in-law Kathy Young. She is survived by : her mother Lucille L. Villano (Steele); her husband Michael Burnell; her mother-in-law Alice Burnell; her sisters, Diane Soderman and Judie Baker (Jon Scussel); her brother-in-law Steve Burnell (Melissa); and her pets, Little Girl and Big Girl. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
