Elizabeth Calarco Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Calarco of Stamford, Connecticut, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel Lionetti and Emma Lionetti (Perrone); her husband Joseph R. Calarco; and her siblings, Frank Pellegrino, Nunzio Pellegrino, Rose Montalto and Natalie Warner (Nellie).
She is survived by : her children, Gene Calarco (JoAnn) of New Milford, CT and Frances Desio (Don) of Stamford; her grandchildren, Scott Calarco of Macon, GA, Richard Calarco of Louisville, KY, Christian Peterson of Stamford and Melissa Melchionne (Gerard) of Norwalk, CT; and her great grandchild Nicholas Melchionne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.

In retirement, Bette was an active volunteer in the community; working at local polling sites during elections, at the Smith House, and at the Ox Ridge Hunt Club charity shows.
