He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Howard (Hamilton); his brother Paul; his child Jerry Jr. (Susan); his grandchildren, David, Stephen, William, Jon (Karin), Michael (Patricia), Susanna, Christopher and Brian; his daughter Megan Howard; and his grandson Joshua. He is also survived by his 4 children and 8 grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews, sister-in-law and brothers-in-law.
