She is survived by: her brother Robert Dale Fulton; her sister-in-law Barbara Fulton; her godson Robert John Fulton of Danbury; her children, Jeanne Ruscoe Smith (Eric Smith) of Akron, OH, Lisa Ruscoe Piatt (Michael Piatt) of Monroe and Robert John Ruscoe (Erissa Thurman Ruscoe) of Danbury; and her grandchildren, Daniel Matthew Smith of Akron, OH, Lucy Isabella Piatt of Monroe, Jamie Beaurline of Pittsburgh, PA, Christian Beaurline of Kadena, AFB and Okinawa.
