We are sad to announce that on September 7, 2021, at the age of 99, Mary Filardo in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, born in Greenwich, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Calka and Catherine Grabarz Calka; her husband John M. Filardo; and her brothers, John, Edward, Anthony, Bruno and Charles.
She is survived by : her son John M. Filardo, Jr. (Susan) of Florida; her brother Joseph Calka of Stamford; and her grandsons, Michael Filardo (Amy) of Maryland and Peter Filardo (Krissy) of North Carolina. She is also survived by four great-grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Mary's memory to the Church of St. Cecilia, 1184 Newfield Avenue, Stamford, CT 06905.
