It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George M. Figerle Jr. of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George M. Figerle, and Margaret Figerle, Sr. (Murray); his father-in-law Frank W. Decerbo, Jr.; his brother-in-law Larry Barrett; and his niece Jennifer Wegrzyn.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret M. Figerle (Decerbo); his daughters, Marissa Newman (TJ) and Laura DaCorte (Andrew Jr.); his grandchildren, AJ, Nate, Camden, Taylor, Teagan, Ava and Brooks; his sisters, Florence Barnett (David), Liz Wegrzyn (Tom) and Eileen Barrett (Jimmy); his mother-in-law Esther Decerbo; and his brothers-in-law, Frank J. Decerbo, Paul Decerbo (Maria) and Russ Decerbo. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins as well as numerous close friends, good neighbors.
