It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph V. Matarazzo (Stratford, Connecticut), who passed away on August 23, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Janet DiMenna (John), Joseph Jr. (Valerie) and Marie Sawyer (Bruce). He is also survived by grandchildren, Christian (Stacy) and David DiMenna, Joseph and Raymond Matarazzo, and Jack and Emmalie Sawyer, and many loved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made to the Connecticut Hospice in Branford in Joseph's memory.
