With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nilsa Esther Santiago of Stratford, Connecticut, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Juan Santiago and Rosita Santiago (Irizarry); her daughter-in-law Wanda Rosado Perez; and her siblings, Nelida Santiago, Reyes Centeno, Arcadio, Norberto, Mario, Raul and Louis Santiago.

She is survived by : her children, Eligio Perez III, Sandra Quintiliano (Ronald) and Sarah Perez; her grandchildren, Justine Orlando (Matthew), Zachary Quintiliano, Victoria Almeida, Kaylin Perez and Mercedes Silva; and her sisters, Sylvia Morales, Juanita Santiago, Nydia Lopez, Blanca Rosario, Miriam Tanke and Luz Perez (Eligio Perez II). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home (419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Grace Church (497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford, CT 06614). A burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the St. Michael Cemetery (2205 Stratford Ave, Stratford, CT 06615).
