It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruth Slavin of Stratford, Connecticut, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 81, on July 21, 2020. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Lipnickas and Catherine Lipnickas (Rimkus). She is survived by : her children, Laura Borger of Milford, Kevin Slavin of Stratford and Jennifer Slavin (Dean Smith) of Milford; and her grandsons, James Dorso and Trevor Hamilton.

Due to the pandemic and restrictions on public gatherings, the family has elected to hold a private service.
