It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Mingo Dugas of Taftville, Connecticut, born in Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on July 3, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Vincent and Michelina Tulka Mingo; her foster parents, Jeremiah Sullivan and Marion Sullivan; her brother James Mingo; and her granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Dugas.
She is survived by : her spouse Allred H. Dugas; her children, Christopher Gregory Dugas, Marc Jeffrey Dugas, Alison Dugas Cougill (John), Paul Andrew Dugas (Margaret "Peggy"), Colin Matthew Dugas (Jayme Cantrell) and Jonathan Allen Eric Dugas (Luisa); her grandchildren, Zachary Tyler Dugas, Victoria Dugas Robben, Emily Margaret Dugas, Chandler Cougill Letzer, Cameron Edward Cougill, Caroline Dugas of Virginia, Marc Jeffrey Dugas, Jr. and Gabriella Nicole Dugas; her brother Robert L. Dugas; and her sister-in-law Rita M. Dugas.
