He was predeceased by: his parent Edwin C. Millard, Jr. He is survived by: his spouse Joan Chesanek-Millard (Andrews); his parent Dolores Millard (Lane); his sons, Edwin C. Millard IV of Reeding, CA and Matthew Millard of Danbury; his stepson Patrick Chesanek of Thomaston; his daughters, Kimberly Anne Millard of Brookfield and Alyssa Millard of Danbury; his stepdaughter Noralea Chesanek of Thomaston; his siblings, John Millard of Rescue, CA, Michael Millard of East Stroudsburg, PA, Elaine Hollywood of Phoenix, AZ and Joan Millard; and his grandchildren, Austin and Aubree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
