He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Perniciaro, Sr. and Anna Perniciaro (Basso); and his siblings, Rose Spong, Eleanor Ambrosio, Mary Hegedus, Lucille Ciago, Peter Perniciaro and Alvin Perniciaro.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Perniciaro (Monahan); his children, Nicholas J. Perniciaro, III, Jeffery W. Perniciaro and Deborah L. Montgomery; and his sister Patricia Hebron. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
