He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Torsiello and Coltilda Torsiello (Porcelli); his daughter Sandra Troughton; and his siblings, Chester, Armand Torsiello, Michaelina DiNardo and Josephine Carey.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Torsiello (Vernali); his children, Michael Torsiello (Catherine) of Torrington, Robert Torsiello (Kristine) of Jupiter, FL, Linda Asklar (Gerald) of Harwinton and Deborah Hagibes (John) of Lake Worth, FL; and his son-in-law Greg Troughton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
