He is survived by: his spouse Deborah Etchegary (Follert); his parent Mildred Etchegary (Massut); his daughter Jennifer Etchegary of Torrington; and his brother John Etchegary of Waterbury, CT. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
