He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Ruzbasan and Mary Ruzbasan (Killiany). He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Ruzbasan (Arnold); his daughters, Charlene A. Serra of Torrington and Mary A. Roberts (Christopher) of Torrington; his grandchildren, Stacey Barber (Dean), Nicole Serra, Kelli Roberts and Katie Roberts; and his great grandchildren, Violet Keyes, Desmond Keyes, Owen Barber and Lucy Barber. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
