He was predeceased by: his son Gerald E. Fields, Jr.; and his sister Virginia Jackson. He is survived by: his spouse Marcie Fields (Lucia); his daughters, Rosaline Moore of Naugatuck, Cristal Fields of Torrington, April Fields of Torrington and Katrina Carotenuti of Torrington; his grandchildren, Brian Moore, Jr., Tory Hammonds, Jr., Isaiah Hammonds, Aliyah Hammonds, Aleesa Carpenter, Tatiana Rivera, Kaden Carptenter and Tyree Carotenuti; and his siblings, Michael Fields, Daryl Kennebrew, Albert Fields, Jr., Alvin Fields, Shannon Kennebrew, Dorothy Greene and Debra Jones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
