He was predeceased by: his wife Kim; his parents, Ellen Powers and Don Wark (Vera); and his sister Brenda Madonna. He is survived by: his daughter Belinda Mellaci; and his sisters, Donna Madonna and Marsha Lemelin (Ernie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
