She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Williams; her spouse Robert Devino; her daughter Elizabeth Rice; her brothers, Ellis, Albert, Ernie and Charles Williams; and also, Walter Rice and Her.
She is survived by: her parent Clara Williams; her daughters, Judith Meglio and Catherine Rice; and her sisters, Beverly Morales and Caroline Matoes. She is also survived by Five Grandsons, Two Granddaughters, One Great Granddaughter and One Great Great Granddaughter, nieces, nephews and relatives and friends.
