He is survived by: his spouse Catherine Bournique (Milak); his parent Helen Bournique (Ristau); his children, Scott Bournique (Kellie) of Torrington, CT and Lisa Percy (Paul) of Canton, CT; his brother Rennie Bournique of Florida; and his grandchildren, Chelsey Bournique, Shawn Bournique and Emma Percy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
