He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Chupka and Mary Chupka (Martinek); his husband Stephen; his granddaughters, Emmy and Cassie; his pets, Cooper and Toby; his siblings, Andy (Janice), Kathy and MaryAnn; and his sister-in-law Alice Ferrari. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
