It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Quell (Torrington, Connecticut), born in Stamford, Connecticut, who passed away on July 10, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Albert Griffiths of Covington Township, PA and Elsie Ross (Pilcher) of Torrington, CT.; and his siblings, Albert Quell of Danbury, CT, William Quell of Stonington, CT, Lynn Quell Moncuse of Morris, CT and Ruth Ann Quell Tuz of Shirley, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
