He is survived by: his wife Dominica Schaller; his children, Janet O'Donnell (Thomas), Jeffrey Costa (Teresa) and Jonathan Costa (Wendy); his grandchildren, Amy, Sean, Jonathan, Mary Kate, Carl, Jacob and Hannah; and his former spouse Shirley Wells.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Church (149 S Pine Creek Rd, Fairfield, CT 06824). The military honors will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
