He was predeceased by : his former life partner Susan Rose Bensko Bludnicki; his parents, Elizabeth Kulpeksza and Stanley Frank Bludnicki; and his sisters, Jean Gesek and Stella.

He is survived by : his wife Sue; his children, Mary Bludnicki of Trumbull and Rev. Dennis Bludnicki (Janet Bludnicki) of Stratford; and his brother Edward Bludnicki (Lorraine Niezelski) of Ansonia. He is also survived by four children.
