She was predeceased by: her husband Alejandro Dieguez, Sr. (The); her parents, Avelino Rodriguez and Caridad Ayan Rodriguez; and her daughter Dolores Dieguez-Denby. She is survived by: her children, Alejandro Dieguez, Jr. (Debra) and Elena Dieguez (Glen Belush); her grandchildren, Richard Karkellie and Laura Karkellie; her great grandchild Rogan Karkellie; her sister-in-law Teresa Fernandez; her niece Luz Kaulfers; and her cousins, Manuel Ayan and Flora Mendoza of Thornwood, NY..
