Betsy McCalmont Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betsy McCalmont of Unionville, Connecticut, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 10, 2022 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George S. LaPorte and Marjorie LaPorte (Nix). She is survived by: her husband James C. McCalmont of Unionville, CT; her parents-in-law, James I. McCalmont and Joan McCalmont (Clement) of Titusville, FL.; her daughters, Kelly E. McCalmont of Unionville, CT. and Molly A. McCalmont of Unionville, CT.; her brother Michael LaPorte (Elizabeth) of Glastonbury, CT; and her nephew Michael LaPorte. She is also survived by her dogs with neighborhood friends.
