It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn M. Nelson (Unionville, Connecticut), born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on May 13, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Carl E. Nelson; and her parents, Joseph John and Margaret Emilie Giana (Mautner). She is survived by : her children, Suzanne Jednorowicz (Theodore) of West Hartford, Annmarie Lynch (John) of Wethersfield and Kenneth Nelson of Unionville; her grandchildren, Kristin, Jake, Emmy Jednorowicz, Eric and Brendan Lynch; and her brother James Giana (Ronni).
