He was predeceased by : his parents, John Keefe and Mary Keefe (Reedy); his wife Rose Theresa Keefe (Manville); and his siblings, John Keefe, William Keefe, Walter Keefe, Lorraine Duffy and Doris Zontini.
He is survived by : his sister Jane Karp (Edwin) of Kennesaw, GA; and his children, Antone Manville (Marilyn) of Middletown, RI, Carol Toner (John) of Newport, RI, Johanna Atkins of Portsmouth, RI, Paulette Batchek (Kevin) of Voluntown, CT and Paul Keefe Jr. (Kelly) of Newport, RI.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
