He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Pauline Cecile Scott Ouellette; his parents, Willie and Niecie Ouellette (Dubay); his children, Sandra Barse (Ken) of Southington, Janice Ouellette of Wallingford and Tom Ouellette (Tracy) of Wallingford; his grandchildren, Randy Bieler (Tanisha), Tracy Gade (David), Gary Gonzalez (Danielle), Thomas Ouellette (Samantha Fonda), Justin Ouellette, Trevor Ouellette, Shaun Bubier and Chris Lee (Sue); his son Sherman Ouellette; and his daughter-in-law Sherry. He was also cherished by his 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
