She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter F. Nizen Jr. and Judith Nizen (Sienna). She is survived by: her husband Brendan Blakeslee; and her siblings, Peter F. Nizen III and Carol Nizen Alexander. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews ("Her Kids"), and six grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
