She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Zawacki; her parents, John Caruso and Jennie Caruso (Hook); and her sisters, Lillian Knudson, Rose Forte and Lucille Ludeke.

She is survived by: her son Michael Zawacki of Wallingford.
