She was predeceased by: her husband John Chamberlain (Jack); her parents, Paul Jaeckel and Ida Jaeckel (Keirsten); and her sisters, Evelyn and Nesbeth.
She is survived by: her children, John (Joanne), Ellen and Andrea; her granddaughters, Harmony (Jack), Constance and Tracey; and her great grandchildren, Devon, Kyle, Ashley and Catalina.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
