She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Mushinski; her parents, Lawrence Fazzino and Rose Fazzino; her sister Anna LaVoie; and her brother-in-law Warren Lavoie.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Rauert of Grantham, Paula Dorschied (Harold) of Northford, John F. Mushinski Jr. of Sarasota, FL and Anthony Mushinski (Karen) of Asheville, NC; her siblings-in-law, Joseph and Barbara Mushinski of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Eric, Lauren Rauert, Caitlin and Nicole Mushinski; and her sibling's children, Nancie LaVoie Strout, Jay LaVoie, Joseph Mushinski, Thomas Mushinski and Annie Cicia.
