With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary D. Dougan of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on November 3, 2021 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dougan and Harriett Smith Dougan; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Bruneau Dougan; his sons, Dennis Dougan (Jennifer) and Christopher Dougan (Mary Mayer); his grandchildren, Brandon, Mackenzie, Cameron, Chloe and Cecilia Dougan; his brothers, Robert (Judy), Richard, Andrew Dougan (Saunie) and Dennis Dougan; and his siblings' children, Reese and Brooke Dougan.
