He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Kuchle (Szmanek); his stepchildren, Carol Callahan (William), Elizabeth Carpenter (George), Sally Mongillo (John) and Michael Cassie (Donna); his stepgrandchildren, Stacia Padilla and Chantel Paradis; and his nephews, Dave O'Brien, Jeffrey O'Brien and Keith O'Brien.
