Dougan of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard E. Smith and Geraldine T. O'Dell Smith; her son Michael J.; and her brother Barry Smith. She is survived by: her children, Robert M., Richard, Gary D., J. Andrew Dougan and Dennis A. Dougan. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
