She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bieker and Mary Hacker Bieker; and her husband Robert Lafontaine. She is survived by: her daughters, Jane Lafontaine of San Mateo and Ann Ruiz; her son-in-law Ramon Ruiz; her grandson Durand Lafontaine; and her great grandchildren, Diondre and Danielle Lafontaine of Meriden, Connecticut..

A Celebration of Life will be held after the pandemic.
