He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas F. Cullen Jr.. He is survived by: his son James M. Cullen; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; his grandchild Sopia-Marie of Terryville; his siblings, David R. Cullen of Wallingford and Elaine (Richard Sharpe) of Salcha, Alaska; and his siblings' children, Joseph, Kyle, Eric, Walter and Kelly.
