She was predeceased by: her husband George L. Hebert Jr.; her parents, Charles J. Kondracki and Sophie Kondracki (Pogwizd); her sister Carol of Wallingford; and her pet Morgan.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael C. Hebert (Christine) of Wallingford, George L. Hebert III (Kristy) of Killingworth and Jeffrey C. Hebert (Ashley) of Wallingford; her grandchildren, Lexus, George IV, Chase and Claire; her close friend Daniel "Danny" Plunske; and her brother-in-law William Vanski, Jr.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
