He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Albanese (Gannon) and Joseph Gene Albanese; his stepbrothers, Frank Rubino, Louis Rubino and Robert Gulley (Jean); and his sisters, Theresa Albanese, Helen Iassogna (John), Elivira Punzo (Jerry) and Marie Sellman (Robert).
He is survived by: his wife Carmela Albanese (Lipka); his children, Julia Palumbo (Peter) of Cheshire, Jean Albanese of Ellington, Margaret "Peggy" White (Dave) of North Haven, John J. Albanese (Olivia) of Avon and Charles Tulchin (Barbara) of Hope Sound, FL; his brother Harold J. Albanese of East Haven; and his grandchildren, Arianna, Elisa, Brianna, Joseph, Stephanie, Jeremy, Robert, Danny, Melissa and Erica.
