He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Kowalski; and his parents, Edwin Kowalski and Mary Kowalski (Gere). He is survived by: his children, Scott Kowalski (Lisa) of Meriden, Christine Bishop of Wallingford and Jennifer Halligan (Robert) of Middletown; his sister Mary F Diehl of Wallingford; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Evan Kowalski, Myles, Eli Bishop, Niko Halligan, Kacie Gribko (Jayson) and Ashleigh Halligan.
