He was predeceased by: his parents, William Stevens and Eleanor Stevens (Dorau); his sister Mary Lou Parisi; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Parisi of Wallingford and Robert Barillaro of Vero Beach, FL..
He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Stevens (Barillaro); his children, Gina Kupec (Tim) of Wallingford and John Stevens Jr. (Suzanne); his grandsons, Jake, Tyler Stevens and TJ Kupec; and his brother William Stevens (Ruth) of Durham. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
COVID-19 precautions and face covering are required at the funeral home and church service.
