He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara (Woollard); his parents, John P. Krisak and Marguerite Krisak (Heinrich); and his brother Robert H. Krisak. He is survived by: his children, Susan Santagata (Mark) and John W. Krisak Jr. (Deborah); and his grandchildren, Kelly Santagata, Matthew Santagata and Kimberly Krisak. He is also survived by loving uncle to his nieces and nephews.
Internment at Walnut Grove Cemetery will be private at a future date. Masks must be worn and Covid-19 precautions must be observed at both the funeral home and church.
