We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2020, at the age of 90, Julia (Barta) Rish Amato of Wallingford, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph L. Amato; her parents, Louis Barta and Julia Barta (Soltesz); and her sisters, Mary Saier, Pearl Simon, Helen Horvath and Clara Kenney.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Rish II, Cheryl Prescott (Rish), Pamela Markunas (Rish) and Eric Amato; her grandchildren, Anthony Rish III, Jason Prescott, Jeffrey Prescott, David Markunas and Rachel Markunas; and her great grandchildren, Adeline, Aesop, Turi Rish, Leah, Arianna and MacKenzie Prescott. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
