She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer E. Richter; her parents, George Hallaman and Minnie Vacher Hallaman; and her siblings, Frank Hallaman, William Hallaman, Anna McCormack and Georgia Blake.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly R. Becker; her son-in-law Harold C. Becker, Sr.; her grandchildren, Heidi Strillacci (John) and Harold C. Becker, Jr. (Kristine); and her great grandchildren, Grace, Derek, Rachel Strillacci, Kolby, Bode and Jozie Becker. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
